Mrs Cramer:
The Planning Department has reviewed your proposed plot plan and requests
that the following revisions be made in accordance with Section 12,14,020 11
of the Ldmonds Code, attached:
1, A 51 wide planting area should be located between the east parking
area and the property line, This area should contain some evergreen
shrubs, ground cover, and small to medium heignt flowering trees.
The purpose of this landscaping requirement is to partially screen
the parking area from the ptiblic view.
2. One parking space on each side of the central parking area should be
converted to a planting Led. This bed should be located near the
laundry -recreation units and is necessary to reduce the expansive
view of asphalt parking area. It should be lined with a 611 concrete
curb and should contain a selection of evergreen shrubs and small to
medium height trees.
We request that a revised plot plan reflecting these suggestions be sub-
mitted at the earliest possible date. If you have any questions, please
feel free to call me.
