The Glu Lam Beams that were delivered to Bruce Cramer
at 12970 74th Pl. N.E., were 5 1/4 x 14 5/8. These beams
were manufactured by American Fabricators and are of archi-
tectural appearencancel: grade, 2400 F, combination 9gexterior
glue. These beams are manufactured to A.I.T.C. grade standards.
American Fabricators maintain a testing laboratory and full
time quality control person on their premises at all times.
Wo have stocked these beams for 8 years and their
quality has been aAcepted by the City of Seattle and surround-
ing communities. I am very desirous of maintaining excellent
relations with the building departments in the area and can
rest assured we as a company do everything to hold the quality
to a high level.
We would welcome a visit by you and your staff to our

the Planning Department has reviewed your proposed plot plan and requests
that the following revisions be made in accordance with Section 12.14,020 H
of the Edmonds Codeg attachods
1. A 51 wide planting area should be located between the east parking
area and the property line. This area should contain sow evergreen
shrubs, ground coverg and small to medium height flowering tress.
The purpose of this landscaping requirement in to partially screen
the parking area from the public view.
2. One parking space on each side of the centrel parking area should be
converted to a planting bed. This bed should be located near the
laundry -recreation units and is necessary to reduce the expansive
view of asphalt parking area. It should be lined with a 6" concrete
curb and should contain a selection of evergreen shrubs and small to
medium height tress.
We request that a revised plot plan reflecting these suggostLonwbe sub-
