Site Location: 21019 Ifighway 99 C. Introduction design: The applicant is proposing to replace the heating, ventilation, an d air- conditioning equipment for the existing P.U.D. office building. The applicant has decided that roof top mounting placement will be more appropriate than ground mounting for the installation and operation of ,the equipment. The applicant has proposed to screen the equipment with a corrugated metal siding. The existing building is constructed primarily with a brown brick material and stucco trim. , A dark brown metal flashing has been used along the top of the parapet wall. The applicant has proposed to paint the metal screening to match the metal flashing on the building. F.
