Dear Mr. Adams:
This letter is being written to confirm a discussion you had
earlier this week with Mr.,-'Charles'Tucker who lives at the
above address.
I own the tax lots above and welcome the new sewer and sewer
assessment because I hope to develope these lots for apartments
or condominiums in the near future, Due to current tight money,
no firm plans are in place at this time. The availability of
long-term financing will no doubt determine contruction timing.
At this time, I would appreciate a delay in time for sewer
hookpp since a new sewer system will no doubt be needed in several
years when construction is begun.

Residents abutting this sewer main are required to be connected
per Edmonds City Code (18.10.010).
In consideration of the completion of the sewer system and
