Per your request, and,after review by the Building, Engineering, and
Fire Departments the City has concurred with the need for a change of
address. It will be your responsibility to notify unit owners within
Rustic Manor #1 of the change. I have enclosed copies of the street
map for you to distribute.
The City is designating the private drive serving Rustic Manor #1,.
Rustic Manor #2, and the TS South new development to your east, as
77th Place West. The City requires separate addresses for separate
buildings; therefore the seven buildings now addressed as 7717 212th
Street SW will be addressed per the attached street map. These
numbers conform to the Snohomish County address grid adopted by the
City. Unit numbers should be assigned by owners and be consecutive
within each building'(sample unit numbers have been shown on the street
map).
A new street sign designating 77th Place W. will be placed by the -
City. You must post new address numbers within 10 days date of this
letter.
The City will notify all applicable City departments of the change. It
will be your responsibility to notify all others, including the Post
Office.
