Dear Mr. Holland:
I am the owner of the above subject apartment complex in Edmonds.
On or about June 18th, there was a problem with the toilet in one of the
units while the resident was out of town for three days. The toilet had
continued to run causing water to accumulate in the basement until the
resident returned.

I am requesting that an adjustment be made in the sewer charge for that
period. The repairs I made myself. Attached please find a copy of receipts
for supplies for repair of the toilet.
