at your residence. The complaint is the build up of moss causing a
slippery surface on the sidewalk.
The maintenance of the sidewalks is the responsibility of the abutting
property owner as provided by City Ordinance 1710 Section 7-20-050.

NOTE No. 5--Trenches in street must be water settled and surface of street restored to original condition. Contractors shall be responsible for failure due to improper
work which may develop within one year of completion. 4

Gentlemen:
A study of the excavation for a SPR to be constructed on said lot
included a bank profile survey to determine the stability of the.existing
general soils of Lots!'2 & 3 of -said division. Attached is a copy of the
bank profile showing�the horizontal distances across the lot with the
corresponding vertical heights existing between Lots 2 & 3.;
It is my opinion that from the profile and the glacial till charac-
teristics of the sub -soil, that the excavation performed on Lot 3.does not
remove: -lateral supports from Lot 2.
