Edmonds, Washington 98020 Dear Mr. Lyon: On April 13, 1978, after a stop work order was written due to lack of Permit, you applied for the Building Permit to con- struct a fence at 21410 96th Avenue West. Before we can approve any Building Permit of this nature, we must do a preliminary field inspection. At the time the inspection was made of your property, we found fence posts placed within the City right-of-way. Ordinance No. 1760 and Ordinance No. 1074 of the City Code state that no fence will be placed within the City right-of-way. On the Building Permit we made it quite clear -as to where the right-of-way abutted your propertv. A follow-up inspection further confirmed that your fence is built within the City right-of-way and not in conformance with City Code. You are, therefore, required to remove said fence in Laurel Way from the right-of-way within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this letter.
