Dear Mr. Baijot:
The city Engineer has approved the sanitary sewer main
construction in the vicinity of your home as usable for sawage
disposal. It is, therefore, permissible for property owners to
begin connection of their houses. Each home owner should secure
the services of a eity-Zieensed side sewer contractor and obtain
a aide sewer permit. Side sewer information and permits may be
obtained at the Public Works Department, 200 Dayton Street,
telephone 775-2525, office hours am fran 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
As soon as all. sewer main construction has been con-
pleted in the Chase Lake area, the City wiZZ hold a hearing to
establish the final assessments. This hearing should take place
sometime in late spring. Upon passage of the L.I.D. Ordinance,
all how owners not connect to the Bowers within 60 days. This
advance notice is sent at the present time for the convenience of

hook-ups over a longer period of time.
