SUBJECT: 21520-86TH AVE. W. - PLUGGED SEWER
on October 17, 1985, City crews dug up and replaced 10' of 6" concrete
sewer lateral serving this address. Root penetration fran a nearby
poplar tree has caused blockage in the past week and about 6-8 years
previous. The roots from this tree are causing a serious.problem with
the lateral, side sewer, and past TV records indicate a slight problem
with roots in the 8" main on 216th St. S.W. The tree is growing
directly on the right-of-way line making responsibility for its removal
questionable, but it should be removed.
