I have attempted to run interference for this account at two local locations. I am getting nowhere fast.
I have spoken with Bob and left a voice mail for Sheila Harvey please see email below.
Please take this and get a definitive answer for these locations:
Tukwila, and Edmonds.
So far it looks like the Tukwila location 16700 Southcenter Pkwy, Tukwila WA 98188 is "Active for both Fire and BA
since 8/10/2011 according to Bob.
It also looks like the Fire is not active at the Edmonds location21558 Hwy 99, Edmonds WA Based on what I was told
by Bob. He referred me to Sheila Harvey B(T 3813 800 582-0113. It needs to be Active. We sent our Technician Brian
Adams to this location on 5/15/2012 he says it is listed at zone 9 and 10 on the BA panel ( DMP) not a separate Fire
CID.
Perhaps this will shed some light on the Edmonds situation.
According to Bob Goulet at Niscayah we have active Fire and BA monitoring at this location Tukwila, WA
Please confirm and respond to Darren Farwell. He is the property manager for both of these locations.

RE: Fire Depar-Lment Sprinkler
Dear Sirs: Connection
During a recent fire safety survey.of the area around the premises
it was noted that vehicles are allowed to park in front of the
automatic sprinkler outside connection located at the south east
corner of the building.
In the event of a fire within the building it would be very
difficult for the Fire Department to utilize the connection
to suppress such a fire.
As required by City of Edmonds Ordinance 1733, a clear dictance
of fifteen (15) feet is required from all fire protection
devices on private property.
However, to properly utilize said connection and at the same
not place an undue burden by decreasing available parking space,
the*Fire Department requires that the one parking space immed-
iately in front of the sprinkler connection be modified as
follows:
1. Paint "No Parking" sign on the space along
with diagonal lines accross the space.
2. Place steel posts on each side of the
connection three feet apart and not less
than three feet from the building.
3. It is recommended that a no parking sign
be placed onto the building. The Fire
Department will provide such sign on
request.

Requirements for underground storage tanks - Flammable Liquids:
Following are excerpts from City of Edmonds Code:
le Minimum Clearances: From foundations and structures;
one foot. From property lines; 3 feet.
2.. Vent Pipes:. Inside diameter of vent pipes not less than
. 11411 height from.ground not less'than 12 feet.
3, Depth and Cover: Set tank on firm foundation surrounded by
clean sand, earth or gravel well tamped. Cover shall consist
of 2 feet of earth fill where no vehicular traffic is possible.
Where vehicular traffic is, or likely to be, cover shall
consist of 3 feet of earth ' or 18 inches of earth plus 6 inches
reinforced concrete or 8 inches asphaltic concrete. When
concrete or asphaltic concrete is used it shall extend at
least one foot'horizontally beyond the outline of the tank
.in all directions.
4. Fill Pipes: Not less than 5 feet from any building opening
and provided with liquid tight cover which shall be closed
except when being filled. .
The previous paragraphs are not,the complete requirements for
underground tanks but are merely a guide to plan locations for
such installations*
