Attn: Ron Holland Ron, Be advised of the following situation: CD We departed Edmonds just before the big freeze last december (to visit a new grandchild). When we returned, we found that pipes had frozen, ruptured and part of the house and crawl space fiooded. We called a plumber (see encl), the pipes were repaired. it is my understanding that such circumstances warrant an adjustment in the charges for thattilling period.
