C. Lighting, Trash, Miscellaneous
1. Lighting - 100 watt mushroom type lights fixtures
up 12" from grade. See location of light on
Landscape Plan.
2. Trash - Trash dumpster is located directly east
of northeast corner of parking lot. It will be
completely enclosed with a gate.
3. Electric reter location is not indicated. It nust
be painted to ratch.the building.

.1. The proposed landscaping is shown on the attached

Engineering Department Requirements
.1. A dedication of property for additional

The subject proposal rreets the requireffents of the
zoning Ordinance.
3. Criteria
The subject proposal satisfies the criteria and
purposes of Chapter 20-10 of the City of F4monds
Ccmmmity Development Code.
Discussion
Mr. Finke gave the staff reports stating that Board Member Parsons had given
the staff his comments on the landscaping for this project.
Mr. Ron Johnson# 19601 - 23rd N. W.* Seattle, was present �nd requested that
they be permitted to resubmit the landscaping plan at the next meeting. With
reference to the sewer, Mr. Johnson questioned if it per �haps was too high,
and they may possibly be asking for only a two foot drop in the elevation of
