The most recent fire and life -safety inspections for the new businesses at subject
properties found no Fire Code violations. The properties are in compliance for the use
with which they are occupied.
Blush Salon (218 Main Street) was conducted by our Senior Fire Inspector on
11/22/04 for the new business.
Resident Cheesemonger (405 Main Street) was conducted by our Senior Fire
Inspector on 4/26/05 for the new business.
Fire and life -safety inspections for office and personal service businesses are conducted
bi-annually, and for retail businesses are annually.

I hope this fills the bill. Because of the frequent change of businesses, the last good reports were a coupl years old. The
business licensing documentation in hard file is non-specific to the inspection/approval for the business, although Fire
Inspector keeps the dates on an electronic database.
