SUBJECT: MATERIAL COVERING WATER METER
Dear Ms. Nielsen:
I
This is to inform you that material which is over your water meter must
be removed for reading access and maintenance. A door hanger was left
on this residence (21818 - 80th Avenue West) on November 25 regarding
this, yet no action was taken.
We will again inspect your meter in fourteen (14) days. If, at that
time, the meter is still obstructed, we will be required to have this
work done by City personnel and the costs billed to you.

NOTE No. 5--Trenches in street must be water settled and surface of street restored to original condition. Contractors shall be responsible for failure due to improper
- work which may -develop -within one year- of- completion.
NOTE No. 6--It is unlawful to alter or do any other work than is provided for in the permit, or to do any work on the main sewer or its appurtenances except to in-
