I have received a claim for excessive water consumption and a request for a water
bill adjustment. After careful consideration and looking at your water use history,
your water consumption fortunately does not show excessive water use.
At this time, since the water consumption does not appear to be abnormal, a
credit will not be issued.

incurred which was not my fault. On 1/21/98 1 called and spoke with one of your
manager who agreed to write off the penalty charge. Therefore, enclosed is full
payment with check # 5038. For the future Please mail anyoutstanding charges
after tenants have moved out and they are not responsible for usage. As well I
