the City of Edmonds in accordance with our City Code.
The City Council in their meeting of June 7, 1977,
authorized the preparation of an amendment to the City
Code which was passed July 5, 1977 (Ordinance No. 1925).
Based upon the amended Code, you are hereby refunded
$447.93, Treasurer's Check No. 408. A copy of the
connection charge memorandum is enclos.ed for your information.
