Ronnie:
An inspection was requested on 12/1 and again this morning, 12/3. Before today's inspection a warning was made
about scheduling and assuring that all intended items were ready for testing.
My deputies were unable to test the requested fire alarm system for you either day.
Both scheduled fire alarm inspections were false calls. Fire marshals make a point to be responsive to the needs of
contractors and subcontractors. We will provide the requested services but we expect that the prior testing has been
accomplished and so we may easily witness and give acceptance to your company's work.
Due to the advanced warning and the improper scheduling, an additional inspection fee of $90 needs to be paid to City
of Edmonds before next inspection is scheduled. You may pay for the additional inspection fee at Edmonds City Hall at
121 5th Ave North. Their phone there is 425.771.0220. Their business hours are 9:00 to 4:30 M-F except they are closed
all day Wednesdays.
For future scheduling please contact DFIVI Kevin Zweber 425.754.1898. He will verify that the inspection has been paid
for before confirming that event. Please assure that your field reps have prepared to test or there may be additional
inspection fees accrued.
