At the request of James Adams, P.E., City Engineer, The District has investi-
gated the street lighting situation at the above address. Attached for your
reference is a copy of the area in question.
Shown in yellow is the property in question.
Installation of one 100 watt high pressure sodium street light will be
beneficial in illuminating 98th Avenue W to 220th Street SW. This light will also
provide increased safety and security for the nearby residents.
The installation of an additional street light can be made at the City's
direction by sending a letter of authorization to us.

Work is to be inspected. Restoration to be in accordance with City Code. Traffic Control to be in accordance with Traffic
Section of City Code. Street to be kept clean at all times. A 24 - hour notice is required for inspection by Engineering. Call
