Dear Mr. Kechloian,
The City of Edmonds accepted a Performance Bond in the amount of $1328.00 on June 12, 2002 to
complete the paving of the driveway and right-of-way frontage at 22105 96th Ave W. Also included
w ' as a repair of the aggregate driveway at 22027 96th Ave W. The Engineering division accepted
this bond so you could obtain final building permit approval and complete a critical house
transaction.
To date the aggregate driveway at 22027 96 1h Ave W has not been repaired. In addition to this, a
hole has developed in the right-of-way near a catch basin at the end of the driveway at. 22105 960'
Ave W. Even though a temporary patch has been made, you are required to perform an asphalt cut
around this settlement, re -compact the base material and restore the area with a permanent asphalt
patch.
On July 23rd, 2002 Jeanie McConnell left a message with you regarding these items. Neither the
homeowners or Jeanie McConnell have been informed of a scheduled repair. Please be advised,
Emerald City Builders has until August 14 th to schedule and/or complete these repairs. If the
repairs are not made and/or Jeanie McConnell has not been informed of a schedule for these repairs,
the City will attach your bond and a hire a contractor to follow through to completion. If the
amount of the repairs should exceed the amount of money held by the bond, Emerald City Builders
will be billed for those additional costs.
