TO:-. Mayor Naughten
FROM: Bobby Mills
SUBJECT: RIGHT OF WAY ON 98TH AVENUE W.
It is the responsibility of the property owner to clean the right
,of Way out to the curb line, if existing. Since there is no curb and
gutter on this street, the property owner must clean out to the roadway.
The City routinely mows all streets one to three times per year. Our
responsibility is to keep the roadway clean and and maintain good sight
distance for motorists. We will mow back six to eight feet and the
property owner can do the rest.

MEMORANDUM
December 26, 1986
TO: Mayor Naughten
FROM: Bobby Mills
SUBJECT: 98th AVENUE - WESTGATE SCHOOL
Per our conversation I met with Mr. Charron of,22124 98th Ave.
W. to discuss the right-of-way along the Westgate School property.
Through our discussion he said that previous administration (mayor
Harrison and the Engineering Division) had promised to landscape the
right-of-way in addition to placing the restricted parking and pull out
to pick up and unload school children. I have asked to have the work
order researched to see what was done and why we did not ccniplete all
that was requested. The parking area along the right-of-way will be
mowed. Any additional landscaping will have to be approved by Peter.
I believe that this is all we will be allowed to do. Please contact ne
if you should have any questions.
