She is also concerned about drainage from the Westgate Elementary School. Mrs. Shearer has camplained about this on other occasions, and it has been checked out. This road could be graded to slope to the east to allow runoff to come through 1211 existing culvert that was probably installed by the County. However, this is an oil coat and I hesitate to destroy some semblance of paving in this area. As far as deepening a ditch across their property, to the best of my knowledge we have no easement and hesitate to send a crew in their yard around their landscaping to perform this type of a job.
