PERNHT REQUIREMENTS
1. The City will not be responsible for reserving spaces for your use. You may place signs on the
sidewalk (maintaining a minimum of 44" clear travel area for pedestrians) up to 72 hours in
advance of the time you will be using the parking spaces, noting the date and.times the spots will be
in use. In addition, the City will not be responsible for enforcement or removal of vehicles or for
any costs related thereto.
2. You may place cones to reserve the spots any time after 12:01 a.m. on the day you will be using
the spaces
3. You or your agent are not authorized to tow vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking
spaces.
4. The maximum allowable on -street parking use shall be eight hours. The hours of use may be
between 6:00 am. and 10:00 p.m.
5. A maximum of three parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved.
The Street Parking Use Permit shall be approved by both the Police Department and the Enginee'ring'
Division.
