Dear Mr. Blascovich,
This is to inform you that the appeal period has passed for your home
occupation, and no appeals were received. The home occupation has
received final approval.
A list of criteria for the Home Occupation is attached. Please note
that you must comply with the criteria at all times as part of the home
occupation.
To complete the application process, you must apply for a business
license with the City Clerk's office. The form is available from the
Business License Clerk at 775-2525. You should be aware that because
the business license must be revi'ewed by the Planning, Building, Fire
and Police Departments, the approval will probably take at least two
weeks.
Sincerely,
Leigh Francis

This letter is in reference to the home occupation approval you
received on December 8, 1987. We noted in a subsequent letter to you
dated December 15 that a business license is also required in order to
operate a business in the City of Edmonds. We have not received an
application for the license.
If you arenot operating the business, we need a written statement from
you with this information. Please indicate the approximate date you
plan to start up the home occupation in your letter.
Please contact Kim Nordstrom of the City Clerk's office at 775-2525 for
a businessilicense application and for information on fees.
Your cooperation will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Leigh Francis
