1 received your determination of enforcement for Factory Direct Tires.
On 9/28 1 met with Manager Tim Wood 425 774-5131 who informed me that the fence protecting -the outdoor
tire enclosure had been damaged and removed during land clearing operations on the adjacent property
recently. He also offered that he would be rebuilding the fence/screen this week.
The outdoor tire storage area remains unchanged from existing conditions. I calculate up to approximately
12,000 cu ft of storage space. Less than % of this amount are tires in p iles, the greater amount in steel racks
with aisle access in between racks and an aisleway through the entire storage yard. All tires are new for
sale.
I informed Mr. Wood regarding the continued maintenance of fire access, which is 150'frorn vehicle access to
farthest storage point. He is aware of fire considerations with regard to open flame and smoking.

The City has received a complaint regarding outdoor storage (tires), lack of screening
between zones and use of the setback area at the subject property. The property was
inspected on September 27, 2004 and the eastern portion of the property had hundreds of
tires stored outside.
The following Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) regulations pertain to
the present use:
ECDC 16.60.010.D. (CG Zone) Uses Requiring a Conditional Use Permit.
2. Outdoor storage;
Please note that there are strict criteria to be met to obtain a conditional use permit and
there is no guarantee that a permit would be issued if an application were submitted.
The subject property borders an RS Zone on it's eastern property line and an RM zone on
it's southern property line. The following development standards referencing setbacks
apply to the area in question.

21.90.020 Setback. Setback means the minimum distance that buildings/structures or
uses must be set back from a lot line, excluding up to 30 inches of eaves. (See also, Rear

16.60.020.C. Screening. The required setback from RS or RM zoned property shall be
landscaped and permanently maintained by the CG/CG2 property owner with trees and
ground cover. A six-foot minimum height fence, wall or solid hedge shall be provided at
some point in the setback. [Ord. 2921 § 1, 1993; Ord. 2527 § 7, 1985].
Corrective actions required by October 20, 2004:
• Remove or enclose the outdoor storage (tires) from the subject property. You also
have the option to make a full application for a conditional use permit.
• Provide a six foot minimum height screening fence or solid hedge between the
subject property and the adjacent RM and RS zoned properties.

TIRE REBUILDING AND TIRE STORAGE
SECTION 2501
GENERAL
2501.1 Scope. Tire rebuilding plants, tire storage and tire by-
product facilities shall comply with this chapter, other applica-
ble requirements of this code and NFPA 23 1 D. Tire storage in
buildings shall also comply with Chapter 23.

PRECAUTION&AGAINST
2504.1 Open burning., Open burning is prohibited in tire stor-
age yards.
2504.2 Sources of heat..Cutting, welding or heating devices
shall not be operated in tire storage yards.
2504.3 Smoking prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in tire
storage yards, except in designated areas.
2504.4 Power lines. Tire storage piles shall not be located be-
neath electrical power lines having a voltage in excess of 750
volts or that supply power to fire emergency systems.
2504.5 Fire safety plan. The owner or individual in charge of
the tire storage yard shall be required to prepare and submit to
the fire code official a fire safety plan for review and approval.
The fire safety plan shall include provisions for fire department
vehicle access. At least one copy of the fire safety plan shall be
prominently posted and maintained at the storage yard.
2504.6 Telephone number.The telephone number of the fire
department and location of the nearest telephone shall be
posted conspicuously in attended locations.

2505.1 Individual piles. Ti re storage shall be restricted to indi-
vidual piles not exceeding 5,000 square feet (464.5 M2)ofcon-
tinuous area. Piles shall not exceed 50,000 cubic feet (1416 M3)
in volume or 10 feet (3048 mm) in height.
2505.2 Separation of piles. Individual tire storage piles shall
be separated from other piles of salvage by a clear space of at
least 40 feet ( 12 192 mm).
2505.3 Distance between piles of other stored products. Tire
storage piles shall be separated by a clear space of at least 40
feet ( 12 192 mm) from piles of other stored product.
2505.4 Distance from lot lines and buildings. Tire storage
piles shall be located at least 50 feet (15 240 mm) from lot lines
and buildings.
2505.5 Fire breaks. Storage yards shall be maintained free
from combustible ground vegetation for a distance of 40 feet
(12 192 mm) from the stored material to grass and weeds; and
for a distance of 100 feet (30 480 mm) from the stored product
to brush and forested areas.
2505.6 Volume more than 150,000 cubic feet. Where the bulk
volume of stored product is more than 150,000 cubic feet (4248.

MI), storage arrangement shall be in accordance with the fol-
lowing:
1. Individual storage piles shall comply with size and sepa-
ration requirements in Sections 2505.1 through 2505.6.

2. Adjacent storage piles shall be considered a group, and
the aggregate volume of storage piles in a group shall not
exceed 150,000 cubic feet (4248 M3).
Separation between groups shall be at least 75 feet (22 860 in)
wide.
2505.7 Location of storage. Outdoor waste tire storage shall
not be located under bridges, elevated trestles, elevated road-
ways or elevated railroads.
SECTION 2506
FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS
2506.1 Required access. New and existing tire storage yards
shall be provided with fire apparatus access roads in accor-
dance with Section 503 and this section.
2506.2 Location. Fire apparatus access roads shall be located
within all pile clearances identified in Sections 2505.4 and
within all fire breaks required in Section 2505.5. Access road-
ways shall be within 150 feet (45 720 mm) of any point in the
storage yard where storage piles are located, at least 20 feet
(6096 mm) from any storage pile.
SECTION 2507
FENCING
2507.1 Where required. Where the* bulk volume of stored ma-
terial is more than 20,000 cubic feet (566 M3), a firmly an-
chored fence or other approved method of security that controls
unauthorized access to the storage yard shall surround the stor-
age yard.
2507.2 Construction. The fence shall be constructed of ap-
proved materials and shall be at least 6 feet (1829 mm) high and
provided with gates at least 20 feet (6096 mm) wide.
2507.3 Locking. All gates to the storage yard shall be locked
when the storage yard is not staffed.
2507.4 Unobstructed. Gateways shall be kept clear of obstruc-
tions and be fully openable at all times.
SECTION 2508
FIRE PROTECTION
2508.1 Water supply. A public or private fire protection water
supply shall be provided in accordance with Section 508. The
water supply shall be arranged such that any part of the storage

yard can be reached by using not more than 500 feet (152 m) of
hose.
2508.2 Fire extinguishers. Buildings or structures shall be

provided with portable fire extinguishers in accordance with

Section 906. Fuel -fired vehicles operating in the storage yard

extinguisher.
SECTION 2509
INDOOR STORAGE ARRANGEMENT
2509.1 Pile dimensions. Where tires are stored on -tread, the
dimension of the pile in the direction of the wheel hole shal I not
be more than 50 feet (15 240 mm). Tires stored adjacent to or
along one wall shall not extend more than 25 feet (7620 mm)
from that wall. Other piles shall not be more than 50 feet (15
240 mm) in width.

105.6.29 Magnesium. An operational pen -nit is required to
melt, cast, heat treat or grind more than 10 pounds (4.54 kg)
of magnesium.
105.6.30 Miscellaneous combustible storage. An opera-
tional pen -nit is required to store in any building or upon any
premises in excess of 2,500 cubic feet (71 M3) gross volume
of cornbustible empty packing cases, boxes, barrels or simi-
lar containers, rubber tires, rubber, cork or similar combusti-
ble material.
105.6.31 Open burning. An operational permit is required
for the kindling or maintaining of an open fire or a fire on
any public street, alley, road, or other public or private
ground. Instructions and stipulations of the permit shall be
adhered to.
Exception: Recreational fires.
105.6.32 Open flames and torches. An operational permit
is required to remove paint with a torch; or to use a torch or
open -flame device in a hazardous fire area.
105.6.33 Open flames and candies. An operational permit
is required to use open flames or candles in connection with
assembly areas, dining areas of restaurants or drinking es-
tablishments.
105.6.34 Organic coatings. An operational permit is re-
quired for any organic -coating manufacturing operation
producing more than I gallon (4 Q of an organic coating in
one day.
105.6.35 Places of assembly. An operational permit is re-
quired to operate a place of assembly.
105.6.36 Private fire hydrants. An operational permit is re-
quired for the removal from service, use or operation of pri-
vate fire hydrants.
Exception: A permit is not required for private industry
with trained maintenance personnel, private fire brigade

or fire departments to maintain, test and use private hy-
drants.
105.6.37 Pyrotechnic special effects material. An opera-
tional permit is required for use and handling of pyrotechnic
special effects material.
105.6.38 Pyroxylin plastics. An operational permit is re-
quired for storage or handling of more than 25 pounds (I I
kg) of cellulose nitrate (pyroxylin) plastics and for the as-
sembly or manufacture of articles involving pyroxylin plas-
tics.
105.6.39 Refrigeration equipment. An operational permit
is required to operate a mechanical refrigeration unit or sys-
tem regulated by Chapter 6.
105.6.40 Repair garages and motor fuel -dispensing fa-
cilities. An operational permit is required for operation of
repair garages and automotive, marine and fleet motor
fuel -dispensing facilities.
105.6.41 Rooftop heliports. An operational permit is re-
quired for the operation of a rooftop heliport.
105.6.42 Spraying or dipping. An operational permit is re-
quired to conduct a spraying or dipping operation utilizing
flammable or combustible liquids or the application of com-
bustible powders regulated by Chapter 15.

tain storage of scrap tires and tire byproducts that exceeds
2,500 cubic feet (71 in') of total volume of scrap tires and for
indoor storage of tires and tire byproducts.
105.6.44 Temporary membrane structures, tents and
canopies. An operational permit is required to operate an
air -supported temporary membrane structure or a tent hav-
ing an area in excess of 200 square feet (19 ml), or a canopy
in excess of 400 square feet (37 M2).
Exceptions:
1. Tents used exclusively for recreational camping
purposes.
2. Fabric canopies open on all sides which comply
with all of the following:
2.1. Individual canopies having a maximum
size of 700 square feet (65 M2).
2.2. The aggregate area of multiple canopies
placed side by side without a fire break
clearance of not less than 12 feet (3658
mm) shall not exceed 700 square feet (65

105.6.46 Waste handling. An operational permit is re-
quired for the operation of wrecking yards, junk yards and
waste material -handling facilities.
105.6.47 Wood products. An operational permit is required
to store chips, hogged material, lumber or plywood in ex-
cess of 200 cubic feet (6 ml).

is authorize to issue construction permits for work as set forth
in Sections 105.7.1 through 105.7.12.
105.7.1 Automatic fire -extinguishing systems. A
construction permit is required for installation of or modifi-
cation to an automatic fire -extinguishing system. Mainten-
ance performed in accordance with this code is not
considered a modification and does not require a permit.
105.7.2 Compressed gases. When the compressed gases in
use or storage exceed the amounts listed in Table 105.6.9, a
construction permit is required to install, repair damage to,
abandon, remove, place temporarily out of service, or close
or substantially modify a compressed gas system.
Exceptions:
1. Routine maintenance.
2. For emergency repair work perfonned on an emer-
gency basis, application for permit shall be made
within two working days of commencement of
work.

4. Individual decorative items of a size and separated from others,
as approved.
1103.3.3.2 Textile and film materials. Textile and film materi-
als shall be treated and maintained flame resistant in accordance
with nationally recognized standards. See Article 90, Stand-
ard n.2.3.
1103.3.3.3 Wood. Wood materials less than 1/4 inch (6.4 mm)
nominal thickness shall be treated with a flame-retardant coating
in accordance with nationally recognized standards. See Article
90, Standard n.2.4.
1103.3.3.4 Foam plastics. Foam plastics and materials contain-
ing foam plastics shall be in accordance with the following:
1. Exhibit booth construction shall have a maximum heat -
release rate of 100 kilowatts when tested in accordance with na-
tionally recognized standards. See Article 90, Standard u.1.15.
2. Decorative objects, including but not limited to mannequins,
murals and signs, shall have a maximum heat -release rate of 150
kilowatts when tested in accordance with nationally recognized
standards. See Article 90, Standard u.1.15.
EXCEPTION: When the aggregate area of murals, signs or simi-
lar decorative objects occupies less than 10 percent of the floor or wall
area, this requirement may be waived by the chief.
3. Theater, motion picture and television stage settings with or
without horizontal projections and simulated caves or cavems
shall have a maximum heat -release rate of 100 kilowatts when
tested in accordance with nationally recognized standards. See
Article 90, Standard u.1.15.
1103.3.3.5 Nonfoam plastics. Plastic materials other than foam
plastics shall be flame resistant Or shall be rendered flame resistant
by treating with a flame-retardant coating.
1103.3.3.6 Maintenance of flame -resistant treatments. Treat-
ments used to render materials flame resistant shall be renewed as
often as necessary to maintain the materials' flame resistance in
accordance with Section 1103.3.3.
1103.3.4 Atrium furnishings.
1103.3.4.1 Potential heat. Potential heat of combustible fur-
nishings and decorative materials within atria shall not exceed
9,000 Btu per pound (20 934 J/g) when located within an area that
is more than 20 feet (6096 mm) below ceiling -level sprinklers.
1103.3.4.2 Decorative materials. Decorative material in atria
shall be noncombustible, flame resistant or treated with a flame re-
tardant.
1103.3.5 Outside storage.
1103.3.5.1 Location. Outside storage of combustible materials
shall not be located within 10 feet (3048 mm) of a property line.
EXCEPTIONS: 1. Ile separation distance is allowed to be re-
duced to 3 feet (914 mm) for storage not exceeding 6 feet (1829 mm)
in height.
2. The separation distance is allowed to be reduced when the chief
determines that no hazard to the adjoining property exists.
1103.3.5.2 Storage beneath buildings and structures. Com-
bustible material shall not be stored beneath a building or struc-
ture.
1103.3.5.3 Storage beneath overhead projections from build-
ings. Combustible materials stored or displayed outside of build-
ings that are protected by automatic Sprinklers shall not be stored
or displayed under unsprinklered eaves, canopies or other projec-
tions or overhangs.
1103.3.5.4 Height. Storage in the open shall not exceed 20 feet
(6096 mm) in height.
1103.3.6 Outside storage of tires.
1103.3.6.1 General. Outside tire storage shall be in accordance
with- Section- f 101.3.6.
1103.3.6.2 Individual piles. Tires shall be restricted to individu-
al piles not exceeding 5,000 square fe&'(4b*S�m2) of continuous
area. Piles shall not exceed 50,000 cubic'fe et (1415.8 M) in Vol-
ume or 10 feet-(3048 mm) in -height-.
1103.3.6.3 Separation. A clear space of at least 40 feet (12 192
mm)-shall be -provided- between piles. The clear space shall not
contain flammable or combustible material or vegetation. Tire
storage shall not be located within 10 feet (3048 mm) of any prop-
erty line or building and, shall not exceed 6 feet (1829 mm) in
height when within 20 feet (6096 mm) of any property line or
building.
SECTION 1104 — PARADE FLOATS
1104.1 Decorative Material. Decorative material on parade
floats shall be noncombustible or flame retardant.
1104.2 Fire Protection. Motorized parade floats and towing ap-
paratus shall be provided with a minimum 2-A, 10-B:C-rated
portable fire extinguisher readily accessible to the operator.
SECTION 1105 — ASPHALT KETTLES
1105.1 Transporting. Asphalt kettles shall not be transported
on a highway, road or street when the heat source for the kettle is
operating.
EXCEPTION: Asphalt kettles in the process of patching road sur-
faces.
1105.2 Use. Asphalt kettles shall not be used inside or on the roof
of a building.
1105.3 Fire Protection. A minimum 20-B:C-rated portable fire
extinguisher shall be located within 30 feet (9144 mm) of each as-
phalt kettle when the heat source is operating. A minimum
20-B:C-rated portable fire extinguisher shall also be located on
roofs during.asphalt coating operations.
1105.4 Covers. Asphalt kettles shall be equipped with tightfit-
ting covers.
1105.5 Location. Asphalt kettles shall not be located within
20 feet (6096 mm) of any combustible material, combustible
building surfa�e or building opening.
1105.6 Attendant.. An attendant shall be within 100 feet (30 480
mm) of a kettle when the heat source is operating. Ladders or simi-
lar obstacles shall not form a part of the route between the atten-
dant and the kettle.
EXCEPTION: Thermostatically controlled kettles.
SECTION 1106 —GAS METERS AND PIPING
Aboveground gas meters, regulators and'piping exposed to vehic-
ular damage due to proximity to alleys, driveways or parking areas
shall be protected in an approved manner.
SECTION 1107 — HEAT -PRODUCING APPLIANCES
1107.1 General. Heating appliances shall be installed and main-
tained in accordance with their listing and the Building, Electrical
and Mechanical codes. Clearance from combustible material shall

3402.2 Limited Application. For the purpose of Article 34, cer-
tain terms are defined as follows:
MOTOR VEHICLE FLUIDS are liquid s which are flam-
mable, combustible or hazardous materials, such as crankcase
fluids, fuel, brake fluids, transmission fluids, radiator fluids and
gear oil. This definition does not include liquids which are perma-
nently sealed, such as hydraulic fluid within shock absorbers.
SECTION 3403 — PERMITS
For permits to operate automobile wrecking yards, see Section
105, Permit a.5.
SECTION 3404 — FIRE APPARATUS ACCESS ROADS
Fire apparatus access roads shall be constructed and maintained
throughout the site in accordance with Section 902.2.
SECTION 3405 WELDING AND CUTTING
Welding and cutting operations shall be in accordance with
Articles 49 and 74.
SECTION 3406 — HOUSEKEEPING
Combustible rubbish accumulated on the site shall be collected
and stored in approved containers, rooms or vaults of noncombus-
tible materials. Combustible vegetation, cut or uncut, shall be
removed when determined by the chief to be a fire hazard.
SECTION 3407 — FIRE PROTECTION
Offices, storage buildings and vehicles used for site operations
shall each be provided with at least one portable fire extinguisher

SECTION 3409 — BURNING OPERATIONS
The burning of salvage vehicles and salvage or waste materials
shall be in accordance with Section 1102 and federal, state or local
air quality control regulations.
SECTION 3410 — MOTOR VEHICLE FLUIDS AND
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
3410.1 General. The storage, use and handling of motor vehicle
fluids and hazardous materials, such as those used to operate air
bags and electrical systems, shall be in accordance with Section
3410 and Articles 29, 79 and 80.
3410.2 Motor Vehicle Fluids. Motor vehicle fluids shall be
drained from salvage* vehicles when such fluids are leaking. Stor-
age and handling of motor vehicle fluids shall be done in an
approved manner. Flammable and combustible liquids shall be
stored and handled in accordance with Articles 29, 79 and 80.
3410.3 Mitigation for Vehicle Fluid Leaks. Supplies or equip-
ment capable of mitigating leaks from fuel tanks, crankcases,
brake systems and transmissions shall be kept available on site.
Single -use plugging, diking and absorbent materials shall be dis-
posed of as hazardous waste and removed from the site in a man-
ner approved by federal, state or local requirements.
3410.4 Air Bag Systems. Removed air bag systems shall be
handled and stored in accordance with Article 80.
3410.5 Lead -acid Batteries. Lead -acid batteries shall be
removed from salvage vehicles when such batteries are leaking.
Lead -acid batteries that have been removed from vehicles shall be
stored in an approved manner.

26-1.1 Application.
26-1.1.1 Airport terminal buildings shall comply with the
requirements of this section and NFPA 416, Standard on
Construction and Protection of Airport Terminal Buildings.
26-1.1.2 This chapter specifies the minimum fire protec-
tion requirements for the construction and protection of
airport terminal buildings. (416: 1 - 1. 1)
26-1.2 Special Definitions. (416:1-3)
Airport Ramp. Any outdoor area, including aprons
and hardstands, on which aircraft may be positioned,
stored, serviced, or maintained, irrespective of the nature
of the surface of the area.
Airport Terminal Building. A structure used primarily
for air passenger enplaning or deplaning, including ticket
sales, flight information, baggage handling, and other nec-
essary functions in connection with air transport opera-
tions. The term airport terminal building includes any exten-
sions and satellite buildings used for passenger handling or
aircraft flight service functions. Aircraft loading walkways
and "mobile lounges" are excluded.
Satellite. A structure that may be adjacent to but sepa-
rated from the airport terminal building, accessible above-
ground or through subway passages, and used to provide
flight service operations, i.e., passenger check -in, waiting
rooms, food service, enplaning or deplaning, etc.
26-1.3 General.
26-1.3.1 Aircraft terminal buildings.shall be of Type I,
Type 11, or Type IV construction as defined in NFPA 220,
Standard on Types of Building Construction. (416:2- 1. 1)
26-1.3.2 Interior finish shall be limited to that permitted
in Class A places of assembly as specified in NFPA 101, Life
Safety -Code. (416:2-1.2)
26-1.3.3 Below -grade areas or blind spaces in airport ter-
minal buildings shall be protected against flammable fuel
or vapor penetration or shall be mechanically ventilated to
provide at least four complete air changes per hour. The
mechanical ventilation system shall be installed in accor-
dance with Chapters 2 and 3 of NFPA 91, Standard for
Exhaust Systems for Air Conveying of Materials. (416:2-1.4)
26-1.4 Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning.
26-1.4.1 Air supply intake and exhaust openings for air
conditioning or ventilating equipment serving the terminal
building, if located on the ramp side, shall be not less than
10 ft (31 in) above the grade level of the ramp and at least
50 ft (15.3 in) from any point of flammable vapor release.

EXCEPTION: When the aggregate area of murals, signs or similar decorative objects occupies less than
10 percent of the floor or wall area, this requirement may be waived by the chief.
3. Theater, motion picture and television stage settings with or without horizontal projections
and simulated caves or caverns shall have a maximum heat -release rate of 100 kilowatts when
tested in accordance with nationally recognized standards. See Article 90, Standard u. 1. 15. ---4-
1103.3.3.5 Nonfoam plastics. Plastic materials other than foam plastics shall be flame resistarif
or shall be rendered flame resistant by treating with a flame-retardant coating.
1103.3.3.6 Maintenance of flame -resistant treatments. Treatments used to render materials
flame resistant shall be renewed as often as necessary to maintain the materials' flame resistance in
accordance with Section 1103.3.3.
1103.3.4 Atrium furnishings.
1103.3.4.1 Potential heat. Potential heat of combustible furnishings and decorative materials
within atria shall not exceed 9,000 Btu per pound (20 934 J/g) when located within an area that is
more than 20 feet (6096 mm) below ceiling -level sprinklers.
1103.3.4.2 Decorative materials. Decorative material in atria shall be noncombustible, flame re-
sistant or treated with a flame retardant.
1103.3.5 Outside storage.
1103.3.5.1 Location. Outside storage of combustible materials shall not be located within 10 feet
(3048 mm) of a property line.
EXCEPTIONS: 1. The separation distance is allowed to be reduced to 3 feet (914 mm) for storage not
exceeding 6 feet (1829 mm) in height.
2. 'Me separation distance is allowed to be reduced when the chief determines that no hazard to the adjoin-
ing property exists.
1103.3.5.2 Storage beneath buildings and structures. Combustible material shall not be stored
beneath a building or structure.
1103.3.5.3 Storage beneath overhead projections from buildings. Combustible materials
stored or displayed outside of buildings that are protected by automatic sprinklers shall not be
stored or displayed under unsprinklered eaves, canopies or other projections or overhangs.
1103.3.5.4 Height. Storage in the open shall not exceed 20 feet (6096 mm) in height.
11033.6 Outside storage of tires.
1103.3.6.1 General. Outside tire storage shall be in accordance with Section 1103.3.6.
1103.3.6.2 Individual piles. Tires shall be restricted to individual piles not exceeding 5,000
square feet (464.5 m2) of continuous area. Piles shall not exceed 50,000 cubic feet (1415.8 M) in
volume or 10 feet (3048 mm) in height. lob
1103.3.6.3 Separation. A clear space of at least 40 feet (12 192 mm) shall be provided between
piles. The clear space shall not contain flammable or combustible material or vegetation. Tire stor-
age shall not be located within 10 feet (3048 mm) of any property line or building and shall not ex-
ceed 6 feet (1829 mm) in height when within 20 feet (6096 mm) of any property line or building.
SECTION 1104 — PARADE FLOATS
1104.1 Decorative Material. Decorative material on parade floats shall be noncombustible or
flame retardant.
1104.2 Fire Protection. Motorized parade floats and towing apparatus shall be provided with a
minimum 2-A, 10-B:C-rated portable fire extinguisher readily accessible to the operator.

Thank you for your letter regarding the fire inspection in the
warehouse that I have rented. I have seen personally to the
extra fire extingui�her,, the closing of the junction box and the
ceiling covering. I was planning on moving into the adj.'acent
warehouse the firstlof November but because October has been
going slow I think that it would be unwise to expand just now.
Hopefully by the first of December we will expand into the
adjoining warehouse,and I will make sure that the east 4all is
covered before we move in.
