Dear Mr. Shuster, The purpose of this letter is to indicate that we have chosen and provided specifications for the stormwater pump located on private property for the Werre Residence (BLD20110453). Calculations are also included. The storm detention system conveys stormwater to a Type 11 CB with a D-Al pump by Hydromatic. This pump r o*utes the stoi mwater into a Type I CB,.where it will gravity flow into the right-of-way's storm system via a city catch basin. The site's 10 year flow is 0.25 cfs/acre per City of Edmonds handout E72. For our site, 0. 165 acres, the 10 year flow is 0.041 cfs. A calculation to plot the 10 year storm's head and flow on a system curve shows that thi.s pump is adequate for the site. The previous plan did not show an overflow. The revised submittal will include a 6" PVC pipe from the Type 11 CB holding the pump to the Type I CB near the property line, which also collects the pressure line from the pump.
