INT&OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS
TO Harry Whitcutt
Building Official
FORM 41 - LITTLE'S
SUBJECT: Hop Scotch House Remodel
FROM
DATE December 3, 19 74
Dick Allen
Assistant City Engineer
We have reviewed the site plan submitted with the building permit
application and have the following comments to make:
1. The site plan is incomplete in that it does not show the property
boundaries correctly or existing driveway conditions.
2. The parking lot on the west side does not meet City requirements.
The lot should be redesigned and should include necessary land-
scaping.
3. The driveway opening on 76th Avenue W. must be replaced with a
standard sidewalk per City Codes.
It is recommended that the site plan be redrawn and resubmitted for
City approval.
