Dear Kristi:
The Engineering Division has completed initial review of the subject proposal. The
following revision s/ad d itions are required prior to approval for construction being
authorized.
1 . ADS pipe is not permitted under road surface.
2. Revise the drainage calculations per the enclosed mark-ups.
3. Provide notes on the Sequence of Construction.
4. Revise note #3 on Erosion and Sedimentation Control as shown in
attachment.
5. See attached standard detail and revise silt fence and construction entrance
details accordingly.
6. Provide a cross section of the proposed infiltration system.
7. Revise the road cross section per notes.
When the revisions are complete, resubmit two copies of the civil drawings, the revised
stormwater calculations, and the enclosed marked -up plans for final review. Prior to
final construction authorization, it will be necessary to have a bond in place for all site
improvements in an amount based upon an approved construction cost estimate.
Additionally a review fee of 2.2% of the approved estimate must be paid. If you have
