On March 3, 1997, an inspection of your premises was conducted- by this office. The result of this
inspection was a list of violations of the Uniform Fire Code provided to you by inspection report
dated March 3, 1997. Upon reinspection, we find that no action has been. taken to correct the
violation(s)'. listed below:

You now have until Wednesday, April 23, 1997 to correct the above. violation(s), or we will have no
alternative. but to take legal action against you for the immediate abatement, of the above
referenced violation(s) by the issuance of a "Notice and Order". Failure to comply with the Notice
and Order can cause cumulative civil penalties in the amount of $250.00 per day for each violation,
and referral to the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
This letter is being written. requesting that you voluntarily comply with the above. requirements in
