It is our recommendation that your street permit remain in effect and
up-to-date. The City does not wish to accept responsibility for the
fence,,,,, The permit helps protect you against any claims that may arise
as a7esult of the fence location.
It is our understanding that the fence was originally located further
into the right-of-way and that the City reerected it in its present
location, with the understanding you would remain the responsible party.
If you wish to place the fence on the property line, we will then drop
the -requirement for the street use permit.
