Per a conversation with Charles Day on November 12, 1992 1 am writing to
apply for a leakage credit for acct. # 109250 at 933 4th Ave N.
We received notice from the city on Sept. 30, 1992 of unusual water
consumption. Although we had noticed an increase in June/JUly, we were
unable to pinpoint a problem at that time. We discovered a leak in our sprinkler
system which we had repaired Oct. 9, 1992 by Northroad Nursery and
Landscaping for $640.00.

Had this project been submitted for ADB approval, the Engineering
Division would have been able to notify the applicant of the
requirements to pave, stripe, and curb the parking area. The curbs
would have been evaluated for replacement and the sidewalk would have
been required to be 7' -.101 wide. In addition, it appears that there
is not adequate parking for the size of the building..

I have inspected your site and conferred with Gordon Hyde of the Engineering Division in order to provide you with the
City's requirements for occupancy of your building as an office. The Engineering Division was unable to approve your
application for a occupancy permit for an office because this use requires a paved parking area. The Planning Division
will require that you receive approval of the Architectural Design Board (ADB) prior to the Paving of the parking area.
You will need to contact Gordon Hyde of the Engineering Division to find out the specific requirements for paving the
parking area. You then need to make application to the ADB for approval of the area to be paved. The application must
be made no alter than April 13, 1992. 1 have included the application forms and application information for your
