I submitted that to Mr. Ristau of the accounting office. The water bill breaks down as follows: Water 283-96 tax 16-33 Sewer 287,96 Total 568.25 Effective today they are reducing the bill on the sewer from $287,96 to $5.96. You will receive a new bill in the mail. As to the water charges . If you look at the billing date, the new owner probably used the watery since the bill reading was May 16, or they hit a pipe with some equipment. This will be only a temporary impact and will not result in air quality standards violations. Long-term effects will be due to increased auto traffic. This increase will be slight and will not significantly degrade existing air quality levels. All increases in air emmissions will meet current and projected State and Federal ambient air quality standards. b. Objectionable odors may occur during the paving of the streets and parking lots. This will be of a short-term nature and will last only during the actual paving process. No long-term odors will result from the project. Odors can be mitigated throu�h the use of enclosed trucks and modern paving equipment. 6. Noise I Explanation: Short-term increases will occur due to construction-o ' riented noise. Long-term increase in noise level will be due to increased auto traffic and residential activity. Maximum short-term noise due to construction should not exceed 80 dbd at the property line .. Long term noise levels will be below 55 dbd at the property line. This level meets current State standards for residential areas. Short-term noise will be mitigated through sound suppressed construction equipment and controlled working hours. 14. Public Services I Explanation: a. Fire protection is currently provided by the City o� Edmonds Water pressure is enough to provide adequate fire flows to the site. Fire hydrants will be installed on -site and all roads will be designed to accomodate fire -fighting equipment. c. It is anticipated that the majority of the future occupants of the site will be singles or couples without children. d. The site is designed to provide for many recreational opportunities for the residents. Therefore,, the development wilt have a very limited impact on existing recreational facilities throughout the region. e.
