Please be aware that the plan review fees were not paid at the time of submittal and are now due. Your contact agent, Steve Waite informed the Permit Coordinator that a check would be forthcoming and on his word, . we accepted the submittal for review. The amount due for plan check fees is $838.00. Because Mr. Moerk stated that he did not give Mr. Waite the authority to apply for the permit I am only charging you an hourly fee for our review time to resolve this matter. The total amount due is $360.00 (8hrs @ $45-00 per hour). Please remit this amount to the City by May 31, 2000. Be advised, it is our understanding that once you withdraw this building permit application, the Snohomish County's ADU permit approval is nun and void. Also, be advised the City of Edmonds Council recently passed a new ADU ordinance that does not allow detached accessory dwelling units. If you have any questions regarding the ADU ordinance and ADU vesting please contact Rob Chave in the Planning Division. 11ank you, Jeannine L.
