Dear Ms Soden,
It has been brought to our attention that shrub stumps and branches have been placed in
the City right-of-way on 234 1h Street SW.- Please remove all stumps, limbs and other
debris from the City right-of-way by August 12, 1999. If the debris cannot be relocated
by the aforementioned date, we will have the City crews move it to a safe location in the
right-of-way.
While our staff was on site, it was also noted the tree in the southeast comer of your
property is creating a sight distance hazard making it difficult to see eastbound cars from
234th Street SW. Please trim the tree back by the same date, above.
