Attn: Mr. Stephen F. Bullock/Assistant Planner
Dear Mr. Bullock;
I am preparing a Development Permit Application for my property in
Edmonds at 24108 - 86th Avenue West, where my family and I reside.
I would like to build a detached garage in front of the existing house,
and later to convert the existing attached garage into additional living space.
I have enclosed a Critical Areas Checklist, vicinity maps, and proposed
site plan for your use in making a preliminary site assessment.
I understand that a variance may be required in order to site the
garage where I propose. Should that be necessary, I would appreciate
knowing what steps are required to obtain a variance.
rely yours,
