During my survey I identified two 'separate unconnected storage areas that are being used by your company at 24111 Highway 99 in Edmonds i , WA. Space.#1 is located on the first floor on the south side of the building and contains storage and your office area. Space #2 is located in the first floor in the southeast corner of the building. space #1 is separated from adjacent spaces by a wood stud wall covered at least on one side by gypsum wallboard. There are several penetrations through and around the sheetrock. . spade #2 is separated from adjacent spaces *by a wood stud wall covered atleast on one side with gypsum wallboard. There are no penetrations and all joints are taped. The entire building is classified as Type 5-N construction which indicates that it is common construction and is not one hour rated'.
