Your application, dated August 12, 1981, requesting permission to construct
an incress and egress on a portion of S,R 104 in Snohomish County has been
received.
As this portion of SR 104 is a nonlimited access highway and is located with-
in the corporate limits of the City of Edmonds, permits and/or approvals must
be obtained from the City.
Our review indicates that it would be undesirable to have a road approach to
SR 104 when sufficient access is available from 77th Place West.

If a road approach were allowed it would be limited to "right turn in" d
"right turn out" only.
