The Edmonds Department of Fire Prevention office has address file for only 21200 72nd
Ave W, a commercial medical/dental office building constructed around 1977. Fire
inspections go back to his date. No tank information, sewer/septic information,
nor identified heat sources were found for the structure and facility.
Also, I find no spill, release, open use, closed use, or permitted storage information for
combustible/flammable liquids or hazardous materials, or tanks on site.
I've aftached a similar request made in 2010 by Krazan & Associates.
A search of emergency incidents in the Snohomish Fire District #1 incident database
back to January of 2007, shows no fire or spill incidents for the following addresses:
7230 & 7238 212th St SW; 21200, 21202, 21204, & 21206 72nd Ave W.
This satisfies all available information requested by attached request.
