Following the letter the City submitted to you in November '09, you have cleared the vegetation in front of 2422376 1h Av. W. However, the City has noticed that the vegetation at 24227 76'h Av. W is still obstructing the sidewalk. This is in violation of City code, from which the following is excerpted: 9.25.010 Violations. A. It is unlawful for any person who either owns or has the right to possession, or both, of abutting real property to permit the erection or maintenance of any sign, device, structure or vegetation in the following circumstances herein set forth, and in the event of circumstances presently existing which by reason of this section are now in violation of the Edmonds City Code, said person shall immediately remove the same: 1. In such manner that it obscures or conceals any traffic control sign, signals or other device as to interfere with the full and effective use and visibility of the same to the motoring or pedestrian public; In order to reduce the hazard and enhance public safety, the City of Edmonds directs you to remove or cut back your vegetation to allow full access to the sidewalk.
