I spoke with the representative of the Seattle Times regarding
the paper box on 77th Place. He cleaned up the area and has
found a new location. The box will be moved prior to the end
of June. '
Mrs. Swarthout appears pleased that we are solving the problem
and will be satisfied if the box is gone by the end of June.
My calendar is marked to check on this on June 28, 1984.

regarding the nuisance factor* -of
the paper box.
In the past the newspaper distri-
butors have been good about correcting
these problems which has included
relocation.
