I am aware that you have just purchased a new home, and, therefore, need time to landscape your yard. However, as you can see from the attached Community Development Code, there are codes that address erosion. There appears to be several remedial measures you can take to better control erosion from your property. Your failure to respond in a timely manner will force me to recommend City intervention. To promote development practices which will ensure that the above purposes are met.' 18.30.020 DRAINAGE APPROVAL REQUIRED A. Drainage . Plan. Before issuance of any development permit, and before development begins on any site,.the developer shall subm . it a drainage plan and obtain approval from the Public Works Director. B. Installation of Drainage System.
