SUBJECT: FENCE AT;24321 - 76TH AVE. W., - FIELD INSPECTION
In response to your request of July 8, 1986, 1 did personally inspect
the fence along the easement road frontage indicated on the map
attached.
This,f,ence is approximately 6' in height and includes a small corner
section jutting out perpendicular to the roadway. There has been a
double -'row of holes drilled into the small section about eye level*
(when seated in a car.3' + or - ) which permits some limited vision for
a vehicle backing from subject driveway. The bulk of the fence,
however, blocks vision of a driver prior to starting a backing maneuver.
This fence could safely remain in its current location only if it were
lowered to approximately 3' in height.
