Estimated restoration fees will be held until the final street patch is completed by City forces, at which time a debit or credit will be
processed for issuance to the applicant.

• Restoration to be in accordance with City Code.

was turned on at the above mentioned residence, with the provision that
the occupant and/or owner come in and sign the application for water
service. To date no one has si��neci for the water service, and accord-
ingly the water will be turned off within five (5) days unless an
application for water service is si�.ned.

Dear Don,
I am advised that a Mr. and Mrs. Paul Marvin purchased
a home on 76th Avenue West and moved in on Friday. They
called the City to have thm water turned on, and for one
reason or another, probably because of the ordinance requiring
hook-up to the sewers, if available, our people could not
turn on the water.
Nevertheless, the family is there, and their is no water.
To afford relief, for over the week -end, I am asking you
to have the water turned on at their home.
