My reason is that I reside in a condominium on the South side of 242 - 4th Avenue South and the present P.U.D. facility on the property adjoining the above mentioned property creates a consta nt buzzing sound which is very apparent at night when the windows are 6. open or in the summer when windows are open or when I am enjoying my patio.. My concern is that the additional facility may create even a louder sound and I would be very opposed to this. I regret not being able to attend th1hearing. sincerely IP Carol P Elwell
