4th Avenue N. will remain as that address. The owner is required to
clearly post all new address signs.
Thank you for bringing it to my attention that 309 Edmonds Street was
addressed incorrectly. Sorry if it caused you any inconvenience.
The City will notify all applicable City departments of this address
chnage. It will be your responsibility to notify all others, including
the Post Office. Please note the Post office guarantees delivery on

I have contacted the City Building Official and the City Fire Inspector
in response to your request for addressing of the.two 2-unit apartments
on 4th Avenue North and we have all concurred that new addressing needs

In order to make the addressing in that area consistent with the
Snohomish County addressing grid, we will need to change your present

unit apartment to thewbst (on the same lot) will be 309 Edmonds
Street. The two 2-Unit apartments to the north will be 303A and 303B
4th Avenue North. The owner is responsible to clearly post new address
signs and building "All and "B" signs.
The City will notify all applicable City departments of this address

Dear Resident:
On February 17, 1981, the Edmonds City Council passed
Resolution 488 for construction, reconstruction, and repair of
deteriorated sidewalks.. A letter dated March 16, 1981 was sent to
resident ' s that were required to repair the sidewalk abutting their
property. The improvement of sidewalks in need of repair at the
expense of the abutting property owner is provided by City
Ordinance, Chapter 7.20 and Revised Code of Washington, Chapter
35.68.
The areas needing repair have been marked in paint on the
sidewalk adjoining your property. Reconstruction permits must be
obtained from the Building Department at 501 Bell Street within 30
days upon receipt of this certified letter. The fee for the
sidewalk repair has been waived by the City of Edmonds. In the
event these improvements are not completed within ninety (90) days
upon receipt of this certified letter, the City will employ a
private contractor to perform the designated repairs and the City
will bill the abutting property owner.
This action is in response to many citizen requests and
pedestrian falling accidents which have been increasing in recent
years as a result of sidewalk deterioration and increased
pedestrian traffic.
If you have any questions, please call Bobby Mills at 771-3202,
ex't. 289.
