a water coverage test to determine if the water coverage and operation of the system is complete and
satisfactory, If any part of the system affected by repairs is inadequate, in the opinion of the Owner, due
to the Contractor's poor workmanship or materials, it shalt be repaired or replaced at the Contractor's
expense and testing will be continued until acceptable to the Owner,
