At the request of concerned citizensi an investigation was made observing a sight
obstruction to pedestrians, vehicles and bicycles at the,comer of Third Avenue South and
Pine Street. I have enclosed a copy of Edmonds City Code 9.25, STREET
OBSTRUCTION. Per this code, the City at this time is requesting that you remove all
vegetation within four feet of the right of. way area adj adent to your property, and that
you trim the remaining hedge/trees to within three feet in height.
