After talking with the City of Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace, both
cities will be establishing a program of annual inspections to be
completed by an outside contractor. The State Board of Health requires
a certified inspector and not all local plumbers are certified. To
become a certified inspector requires a three (3) day training period
and an exam upon compleiion.
