During the previous confidence testing at your site, Guardian Security technicians noted some deficiencies found.
(Please see your inspection reports for more detail.) The information gathered is based off of the NFPA25 and
NFPA72 code requirements. Below are the recommended repairs to make your system(s) code compliant. If you

According to the NFPA25 requirement 5.3.1.2 - UL Testing requires 10% of dry sprinkler heads or a minimum of 4 heads (whichever isgreater), that arc 10years orolder, to
be tested. With the amount of headsyou have andlor because they belong to different buildings, thefire marshal, depending on thejunsdiction, may request 4 be tested at each
building. Fornow, we would like to onlypull 4 total, as it is more cost effectivejorour customer and most ju nsdictions are okay with this. In the event thatyourdry heads
fail UL Testing andlor thefire marshal requests more heads be tested, another quote will have to be drafted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
All non -emergency services under this agreement will be performed during normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30
pm.), excluding holidays.
Client will provide reasonable means of access to all equipment covered by this agreement. GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS will be free to
start and stop all primary equipment incidental to the operation of the mechanical system (s) arranged with Client's representative.
Client will promptly notify GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS of any malfunction in the system (s) which comes to Client's attention.
TERM:
In the event the system, or any equipment component thereof, is altered, modified changed, or moved, GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS no
longer shall be liable for Elie operation of the system or for damages or losses under this agreement, or this agreement is immediately terminable
at GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS'option.
CHARGES:
In addition to the price set forth, Client will liable for the amount of any present and future taxes, permits and assessments or any other
governmental charges, or increased costs due to changes in the requirements of the Fire Department or any other Public agencies, now or
hereafter imposed by existing or future laws with respect to transfer, use, ownership or possession of the equipment to which this schedule
relates.
LIMITATION LIABILITY:
GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS will not be liable for damages caused by delay in furnishing or failure to furnish services due to fire, flood,
strike, lockout, and dispute with workmen, inability to obtain material, war, act of God, or any other cause beyond GUARDIAN SECURITY
SYSTEMS'reasonable control.
For services other than fire alarm and security systems maintenance, GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS' responsibility for any damages to
persons or property that may be caused by GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS' acts or omissions in performing or fafling to perform its
obligations under this agreement shall be limited to direct damages. Also GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS does not hereby warrant or
guarantee that Client's system(s) will not malfunction or cease to operate either during the term of this agreement or afterwards. As to fire alarm
and security system maintenance, it is agreed GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS is not an insurer and will not be liable for, and Client agrees to
defend, indemnify and save GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS harmless for any death, injury, damage, or loss to persons or property, that may
arise through the operation or maintenance of the system(s) or lack or failure thereof.
It is understand and agreed by the parties hereto that GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS is not an insurer and that insurance, if any, covering
death, personal injury and property loss or damage on the premises of Client shall be obtained by the Client; that GUARDIAN SECURITY
SYSTEMS is being paid for the maintenance of a system designed to reduce certain risks of loss and that amounts being charged by GUARDIAN
SECURITY SYSTEMS is not assuming responsibility for any losses which may occur even if due to the negligent performance of GUARDIAN
SECURITY SYSTEMS or Wore to perform any obligation under thisagreement. GUARDIANS ECURITY SYSTEMS DOES NOT MAKE ANY
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, THAT THE
SYSTEM OR SERVICE SUPPLIED MAY NOT BE COMPROMISED, OR THAT THE SYSTEM OR SERVICE SUPPLIED MAY NOT BE
COMPROMISED, OR THAT THE SYSTEM OR SERVICE WILL IN ALL CASES PROVIDE THE PROTECTION FOR WHICH IT IS
INTENDED. THERE ARE NO IMMPIJED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER.
Since it is impractical and extremely difficult to fix actual damages which may arise due to the faulty operation or maintenance of the system or
failure of services provided. if notwithstanding the above provisions, there should be arise any liability on the part of GUARDIAN SECURITY
SYSTEMS, such liability shall be limited to an amount equal to one-half the amount service charges as provided herein or $250.00, whichever is
greater. This sum shall be complete and exclusive compensation for any and all loss, damage, death or injury of any kind and shall be paid and
received as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. In the above event that the Client wishes to increase the maximum amount of liquidated
damage, Client may, as a matter of right, obtain from GUARDIAN SECURITY SYSTEMS a higher limit by paying an additional amount to cover
cost of additional service/maintenance proportioned to the increase in liquidated damages.
