Hello John,
Thanks for taking the time to track down the past reports and provide the current code requirements.
For your and Mike's records, I am attaching the audits I found on file at AT&T for this site, and my photo of the existing
battery bank.
I'm going to forward the reports you sent me to AT&T so we can get them updated and provide the information you
require to review the pending building permit.

The Fire Prevention Bureau apologizes for the strong
wording of our letter regarding . the Beeson Building in
Edmonds.
Our intent is to enforce the City Codes in order to
provide our citizens with the highest level of protection.
Since we normally make contact with each occupancy only
on an annual basis, it is difficult to keep track of the
owner. We send our letters to the primary user of a
building at times, simply because we don't know who the
owner is. In the future, all correspondence concerning
this building will be forwarded directly to -your office.

We have further advised Reid, Middleton & Associates

not seem appropriate to write the owner and threaten
